Hi Justin, thanks for the helpful review. It's definitely on my reading list. I just finished The New Community Rules by Tamar Weinberg and thought that was an excellent book. My next read is Trust Agents (can't wait) and then Twitterville is next up.

I hear a book that's title something like "Putting the Public Back in Public Relations" is pretty good too ;) If you haven't read "Rules of Thumb" by Alan M. Webber, I'd add that to your reading list too.

Thank you! I also have "Rules of Thumb" on my list. Chris recommended it about a month ago on his blog :) There's also one on Marketing on FB that I think will be really good once it comes out!!

This review hits me at a time when my fascination with Twitter is waning. I still get a lot of value with Twitter Search, but, sadly, the honeymoon is over reading people's posts at random.
Yet, I will take a peek at Shel's book at the library soon.

That is understandable and I think some others feel that same way too. Take a peek at the book and see what you think. At the very least, it will be a good history lesson and storytelling :)
